Patrick Paul is a Project Manager and CRM Solutions consultant for 21CRM
Systems. With almost 10 years of experience in the IT sector, Patrick
has focused his time and efforts on technology as it relates to the
internet. With his rich experience in interent and intranet site
creation, he welcomed the opportunity to join the CRM Systems team to
work in a rapidly expanding field full of huge growth potential.

Bio:
Prior to joining CRM Systems, Patrick was the Manager of
Electronic Publishing for one of Canada's largest daily newspapers, a
position at which he excelled and contributed to moving that
organization from the paper age, into the digital age for all their
newspaper properties. This included personally developing many
websites for the organization when required, and offering strong
guidance on direction for future internet moves.
Mr. Paul worked for over 5 years in Government as part of a dynamic two
man team which literally kickstarted the age of the intranet at that
organization. He comments that "it was just the two of us in a
distant office, creating something that would save the government
millions in sheer paper costs alone". His role there oversaw
everything from creating new processes for existing 'business' units of
the government, to coding new applications for widespread deployment.
During the dot-com boom times, Patrick was principle at a start up
eBusiness / eCommerce organization that specialized in online
applications focused on functionality. This radical concept at the
time has since proven to be the dominant one, as seen by the recent
move into "Web 2.0" technologies. Since joining CRM Systems,
Patrick has focused on improving customer service through online
tools that allow the end client to access their information 24x7.
Mr. Paul spends far too much time keeping up on the latest internet
tools relating to site analytics, server-side development and trends.
