of Business. He has gone on to admirable achievements in the IT Industry, including
the founding of a Dot-COM in the late 1990s, establishment of the web hosting arm
of a sizeable CA/CPA firm, founding of the CRM Consulting arm of one of Canada's
largest Sage business partners, and most recently the establishment of 21CRM Systems
Inc - North America's leading provider of Sage CRM software and consulting / development
services with service delivery offices and affiliates in 8 North American cities..
As a recognized Information Systems Professional (ISP), Robert maintains adherence
to the strictest quality and professionalism standards in the industry. His focus:

Bio:
Prior to starting 21CRM Systems, Robert was partner in one of Canada's largest Sage
business partners. His vision in the industry was, at the time, ahead of its time.
Since then, his vision for the "integrated digital business" has seen itself proven
numerous times, and 21CRM Systems has been at the forefront of that movement.
Using his Gold Medal at the University of Manitoba (#1 Graduate in the Class), Robert
has springboarded his talents to help numerous organizations in several industries.
He has expertise in the: garment, retail, hospitality, insurance, accounting, consulting,
manufacturing, call centre, and software industries.
Robert also serves as a partner in Keystone Pets (keystonepets.com), the master
Franchisor for Manitoba for Multi-Menu pet foods (www.multimenu.ca).
